Stop saying "I'm starting my workout tomorrow" or "I'm starting my diet tomorrow". Tomorrow is the only day of the year that appeals to the Lazy Man. Carpe Diem. Today is the day. Remember, Nothing tastes as good as feeling good! Start by setting your goals, planning time for your workout, and contact me, so that I can help you with your lifestyle change. I will work one-on-one and customize a work out routine that targets your specific goals. Don't be fooled by these quick weight loss gimicks. Most of those programs are unhealthy, yo-yo dieting programs, where once you are off the medications the weight comes back x2! I promote healthy lifestyle changes where you can lose the weight and keep it off, and add healthy lean calorie burning muscle.

                                  Setting Goals:
The first step in changing your lifestyle is to set realistic goals. It is important to understand that changing your body is not something that happens over night. You must remain positive, work hard, and be consistent. Give yourself short term goals (Lose 1% body fat this week) and gradually work your way up to more ambitious and challenging ones.

I will meet with you to help you understand your goals and put together a program to help you achieve your fitness goals and I will also be there to hold you accountable. I have trained everyone from the average Mom trying to lose pregnancy fat and Grandma just trying to feel young again to the fitness fanatic trying to take it to the next level.
